1. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and premium delivery services. The cost of shipping is calculated based on several factors, such as the weight and dimensions of your order, delivery destination, and the chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days. Affordable option for non-urgent orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days. Perfect for when you need your order sooner.
  • Premium/White Glove Delivery: Includes in-room placement, unpacking, and optional assembly. Delivery time varies depending on location and service availability.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout after you have entered your delivery address and selected a shipping option.


2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time they are placed. During peak shopping seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions.

Estimated Delivery Windows:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Domestic Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days

4. White Glove Delivery Service

For larger furniture items, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes:

  • Delivery to the room of your choice.
  • Unpacking of items.
  • Optional assembly (where applicable).
  • Removal of all packaging materials.

White Glove Delivery may require additional processing time and is subject to availability based on your location. Please contact us directly to confirm if this service is available in your area.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
  • Oversized items or high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

At Primasonali, we take great care to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. However, in the rare event of an issue, please review the following policies:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will assist in locating your package or providing a replacement if necessary.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and the incorrect one to be returned at no cost to you.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, lack of recipient availability, or other reasons, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will notify you and arrange for re-delivery.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
